Our house is a beautiful detached villa, surrounded by mountains and in the middle of nature, with a large garden with barbecue. This house is perfect for a large family, or even for two smaller families. The house has recently been completely renovated and has a very good mix of old restored details while offering all the modern comforts you could wish for.From our house you can go on numerous hikes and bike rides of varying length and duration. Nordic walking, winter sports, water sports, tennis and much more are also among the possibilities.

The Bayerisch Gmain train station, a bus stop, a children's playground, the hiking centre and a supermarket are all within 5 minutes' walking distance. Nearby excursion destinations, such as the Alpine town of Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden, the Mozart city of Salzburg, Lake Chiemsee, Lake Königssee invite you to plan eventful day trips.
