Our house is a beautiful, detached villa surrounded by mountains and nature, with a large garden and barbecue. The ground floor and first floor of our beautiful, detached villa are exclusively yours to use. We offer our loft on the second floor for rent separately. This house is perfect for one family or two small families. The house has been completely renovated recently and offers a wonderful blend of restored period features and all the modern comforts you could wish for. From our house, you can enjoy numerous hikes and bike rides of varying lengths and durations. Nordic walking, winter sports, water sports, tennis, and much more are also among the possibilities.  

 

The Bayerisch Gmain train station, a bus stop, a children's playground, the hiking centre and a supermarket are all within 5 minutes' walking distance. Nearby excursion destinations, such as the Alpine town of Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden, the Mozart city of Salzburg, Lake Chiemsee, Lake Königssee invite you to plan eventful day trips.
